Welcome to the 37th Annual Al Kayner St. Patrick's Day Race presented by the Bay Area Runner's Club. The St. Patrick's Day Race has become a staple for Midwest runners and is a perfect way to celebrate the return of another beautiful Spring to Mid-Michigan.


This year's race offers something for everyone. A Leprechaun run is planned for the youngsters on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 2 PM, at the Bay Co. Community Center. There will also be a Fitness Expo from 10 AM to 3 PM, on Saturday, March 20, 2010, at the Bay Co. Community Center. The Bay Co. Community Center is located at 800 John F. Kennedy Dr., Bay City, MI.


There will also be an 8k run, a 5k run and a 5k walk. These events all takes place on Sunday, March 21, 2010 in Downtown Bay City. The 8k and 5k runs will begin at 11:45 AM, the 5k walk will begin immediately following the start of the run, once the runners have cleared the starting line.


Timing will be provided by Gault Race Management using the D-Tag.

  • 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM, Sunday, March 21, 2010 - Late Registration and Packet Pick-Up, Scottish Rites Masonic Center, 614 Center Ave., Bay City, MI. ***NOTE: REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 10:30 AM***

  • 11:45 AM, Sunday, March 21, 2010 - 8k Run and 5k Run Start, Corner of Adams and Center in Downtown Bay City. 5k Walk starts immediately after.
